Apple Mail is the default email client on Mac, iPhone, and iPad. Here's how to install your Firmana signature across all Apple devices.
Apple Mail on Mac (Desktop)
Open Mail Preferences
Launch Apple Mail, then go to Mail ? Preferences (or use ?+, shortcut).
Access Signatures Tab
Click on the "Signatures" tab in the preferences window.
Select Email Account
In the left panel, select the email account where you want to add the signature.
Create New Signature
Click the "+" button below the middle panel to create a new signature. Give it a name like "Firmana Signature".
Paste Your Signature
Copy your signature from Firmana and paste it into the signature editor on the right. The formatting should be preserved.
Set Default Signature
In the "Choose Signature" dropdown, select your new signature for new messages and replies.
Apple Mail on iPhone/iPad (iOS)
Open Settings App
Go to your iPhone or iPad Settings app and scroll down to find "Mail".
Access Signature Settings
Tap "Mail" ? "Signature" to access signature settings for your email accounts.
Choose Account
If you have multiple email accounts, select "Per Account" and choose the account you want to modify.
Add Your Signature
Clear the existing signature and paste your Firmana signature. Note that formatting may be simplified on mobile.
Apple Mail renders signatures differently than other clients. Test your signature thoroughly on both Mac and iOS devices. Consider creating simplified versions for mobile use.
Apple Mail may add extra line breaks or modify spacing. If your signature appears distorted, try using simpler HTML structures or contact support for an Apple Mail-optimized version.
