Installing your signature in Microsoft Outlook varies slightly depending on which version you're using. Follow the appropriate guide below:
Outlook Desktop (Windows)
Open Outlook
Launch Microsoft Outlook on your Windows computer.
Access Signature Settings
Go to File ? Options ? Mail ? Signatures...
Create New Signature
Click "New" and give your signature a name (e.g., "Firmana Signature").
Paste Your Signature
Copy your signature from Firmana and paste it into the signature editor in Outlook.
Set as Default
Choose your new signature for new messages and replies/forwards, then click OK.
Outlook Web App (Office 365)
Open Settings
In Outlook Web App, click the gear icon and select "View all Outlook settings".
Navigate to Email Signature
Go to Compose and reply ? Email signature.
Add Your Signature
Paste your Firmana signature into the editor and click Save.
If images don't display correctly, make sure they're hosted online (not locally) and that your organization's security settings allow external images.
