Before You Cancel
Consider these alternatives to cancellation:
Downgrade Plan
Switch to a smaller plan if you no longer need all the features or user capacity.
Pause Subscription
Temporarily pause your subscription for up to 3 months (available for annual plans).

Export Your Data
Download your signatures and templates before canceling to use elsewhere.
What Happens After Cancellation
Access Until Period End
You'll maintain full access to your account until the end of your current billing period.
Data Retention
Your account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate.
Existing Signatures
Signatures already installed in email clients will continue to work, but won't be updateable.
Reactivation
You can reactivate your account within 90 days without losing any data.
Cancellations are effective at the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Data is permanently deleted after 90 days of cancellation.
